Flavor Profile
Bottled the year after harvest, this wine is released after one year of bottle aging. It features the gentle acidity of 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes, along with the characteristic minerality and elegant white floral aromas unique to sur lie aging.

It pairs well with appetizers, seafood, grilled white fish, and also complements Japanese sashimi and white fish sashimi.
