スポンサ ヴェロネーゼ 750ml | 赤ワイン イタリア
Tenuta Sant'Antonio, a winery dedicated to producing high-quality wines in the Valpolicella area of Italy's Veneto region. It skillfully works with native grape varieties, primarily local Corvina, and is imported to Japan through Motox Corporation.
Concentration from shade-dried grapes
Using the traditional Valpolicella appassimento technique of partially drying grapes in the shade, some of the Cabernet Sauvignon is dried for about 20 days before being blended with Corvina-led native grape varieties from the Veneto region. This process gives the wine more concentrated fruit flavors and a fuller body than a typical Veronese IGT. Rich aromas of cassis and black cherry are layered with subtle spicy nuances.
Recommended serving suggestions
This wine pairs well with richly flavored dishes such as grilled or braised red meat and aged cheeses.
