The "Hi" on the label comes from "HI-FI," an audio term popular in 1964 when the product was first released.
We aimed for a design that expresses Masataka Taketsuru's desire to casually offer high-quality products.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: A harmonious blend of soft malt aroma and the savory, light aroma of Coffey grain.
Taste: Sweetness and richness with a hint of peat. The flavor expands even when mixed with water. A faint bitterness and a crisp, clean finish.
