チリの名門ワイナリー、サンタ・ヘレナ社のワインをアサヒビールが日本向けに展開する「アルパカ」。その中でも、軽やかな赤ワインが好きな方にぴったりなのが、このピノ・ノワールです。
チェリーとラズベリーの、なめらかなピノ・ノワール
アサヒビールによると、チェリーやラズベリーのフレッシュな果実味と、なめらかな口当たりが特徴の赤ワイン。渋みが穏やかで軽やかなピノ・ノワールらしさを、毎日の食卓で気軽に楽しめる価格帯で味わえます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
赤ワインの中では魚料理にも合わせやすい品種です。マグロやカツオのたたき、鶏のトマト煮、きのこのソテーなどと一緒に。やや冷やしめの14〜16℃くらいで飲むと、果実味がすっきりと感じられます。
