チリの名門ワイナリー、サンタ・ヘレナ社のワインをアサヒビールが日本向けに展開する「アルパカ」。しっかりとした飲みごたえを求める方には、このシラーがおすすめです。
ブラックベリーの香りと、しっかりとしたタンニン
アサヒビールによると、ブラックベリーやダークチェリーの香りに、しっかりとしたタンニンと豊かな果実味を持つ味わい。D.O.セントラル・ヴァレーの格付けで、シリーズの中でも力強いタイプの赤ワインです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
スペアリブやBBQ、ラムのグリル、黒胡椒を効かせたステーキなど、香ばしく焼いた肉料理と好相性。16〜18℃くらいで、少し空気に触れさせると香りが開いてきます。
