"Arawaza Sakurajima" is an imo shochu carefully brewed by Honbo Shuzo in Kagoshima Prefecture, using carefully selected Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes from Southern Satsuma and a patented "polishing distillation" method. While bringing out the unique richness, umami, and aroma of sweet potato, it has a light and easy-to-drink flavor.
Recommended Way to Enjoy
Enjoy it on the rocks. With its light taste, it is also recommended for those new to imo shochu.
