内容紹介
このシャルドネは、朝夕の寒暖差が大きいクリコ・ヴァレーの畑で丁寧に育てられたブドウを、ステンレスタンクでフレッシュに仕上げた辛口白ワイン。青リンゴや柑橘系果実の香りに、キリッとした酸味が心地よく、白ワイン特有の軽やかさと果実の凝縮感を両立させています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やして、白身魚のカルパッチョや蒸し鶏、レモンを効かせたパスタなど、さっぱりとした料理と合わせるのがおすすめです。普段の食卓にも気軽に取り入れやすい一本です。
