ラズベリーとミネラルの香り、パワフルなガルナッチャ
稲葉によると、熟したチェリーの色。ラズベリーやスグリなど赤い果実、ミネラルやバルサムを思わせる強い香り。少し甘い風味の果実とタンニンがあり、パワフルで、フルーツキャンディのような風味も感じられます。2024年ヴィンテージは「ペニンガイド2026」で91点。ヴィーガン認証を取得しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16℃前後で。生ハムやチョリソー、パエリア、豚肉のグリルなどスペイン料理と。BBQにもおすすめです。
