サン・テミリオン地区の生産者組合が手がける、格付け地区全体のテロワールを体現する意欲的なキュヴェ、アウレリウス。オー・グラヴェの地に位置し、選び抜かれた約20の畑のブドウから造られています。
内容紹介
メルロー80%、カベルネ・フラン20%をブレンド。粘土石灰質の土壌と砂質の土壌から生まれるブドウを使い、サン・テミリオン・グラン・クリュ格付け地区の8つのコミューンすべての個性を映し出す一本に仕上げています。凝縮感のある果実味としなやかなタンニンが調和した、奥行きのある赤ワインです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みや鴨肉のロースト等、じっくりと火を入れた肉料理との相性が良好です。抜栓後、少し時間を置くと香りがより豊かに感じられます。
