バローロを生産する11村すべてに畑を持つ協同組合、テッレ・デル・バローロが手がけるバローロ・リゼルヴァ。より地質年代の古い土壌のブドウを厳選した、格上のキュヴェです。
内容紹介
ネッビオーロ100%を使用し、28〜30度で16〜20日間発酵させた後、62か月にわたる長期熟成を経て造られています。そのうち18か月以上はフレンチオーク樽（25〜50hL）で熟成させ、複雑で奥行きのある味わいに仕上げています。ドライフルーツやなめし革、スパイスを思わせる香りに、しっかりとしたタンニンが調和した、力強い赤ワインです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みや、熟成したチーズとの相性が抜群です。デキャンタージュしてから飲むとより香りが開きます。
