おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元のおすすめは水割り、ロック、お湯割り、炭酸割りで、各種割り物にも合うとのこと。お湯割りにするとごまの香ばしさがふわっと立ちます。焼き鳥、ごま豆腐、胡麻鯖など、ごまを使った料理と合わせるのも楽しいです。
