ドイツ・ファルツのヴァイングート ベルンハルト コッホ。日本人の坂田千枝さんが醸造責任者を務めるワイナリーです。こちらは樹齢約30年のぶどうを使った、しっかりとした辛口のリースリングです。
桃と柑橘の香り、繊細で軽やかな辛口リースリング
稲葉によると、畑はイルベスハイムにあり、1988年に植樹された西向きの区画。土壌は石灰岩とレス（黄土）です。しっかりとした辛口で、繊細で軽やか。桃や柑橘系の果物のような典型的なリースリングのアロマを楽しめます。ステンレスタンクで8カ月熟成させ、マロラクティック発酵は行っていません。
おすすめの楽しみ方
8℃前後に冷やして。白身魚の塩焼き、天ぷら、鶏の塩麹焼き、寿司など、和食とも合わせやすい辛口です。
