ドイツ・ファルツのヴァイングート ベルンハルト コッホ。日本人の坂田千枝さんが醸造責任者を務めるワイナリーです。こちらは香り高い品種ショイレーベを使った甘口白ワインです。
カシスとピンクグレープフルーツが香る、きれいな甘口
稲葉によると、ぶどうは2001年に植樹された南西向きの畑のもので、土壌は砂岩とレス（黄土）。手摘みで収穫し、12時間のスキンコンタクトのあと、ステンレスタンクで温度管理しながら発酵させます。香りにはカシスやピンクグレープフルーツの要素があり、ザラつきのないきれいな果実味と、酸味とのバランスがとれた上質な甘みを楽しめます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
しっかり冷やして。エスニック料理や中華の甘酢あん、フルーツを使ったデザートと好相性。アルコール分8％と軽めなので、食前にも。
