1731年創業、ボーヌに本拠を置くブシャール ペール エ フィス。輸入元のファインズによると、1820年にシャトー・ド・ボーヌを取得し、現在はコート・ドールに自社畑130ha（うち特級12ha、1級74ha）を所有しています。こちらはそのネゴシアン部門〈メゾン〉が手がける、ブシャールのスタンダードな白ワインです。
約30の契約農家のシャルドネで造る定番ブルゴーニュ
ファインズのカタログによると、オート・コート・ド・ボーヌ、コート・シャロネーズ、マコンの約30の農家からシャルドネを買い付けて醸造しています。シャルドネ100％、AOPブルゴーニュ。柑橘系の果実や白い花の香りにあふれる、アロマティックな味わいと紹介されています。輸入元が安定供給を目指す定番品に付ける「SAFE」マークの付いた一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やして、食前酒から食中まで。ファインズは料理ページで春野菜と牛肉のトマト煮込みとの組み合わせを紹介しています。白身魚のムニエルや鶏肉のクリーム煮など、普段の食卓にも合わせやすい白です。
