スペイン・アラゴン州カラタユドで、名醸造家ホルヘ・オルドニェスが手がける「ボデガス・ブレカ」。シエラ・デ・パルドスとシエラ・デ・ペーニャ・ブランカに挟まれた標高950〜1000mの谷間に広がる自社畑で、樹齢60〜80年の古木ガルナッチャを守り続けている造り手です。
古木ガルナッチャが凝縮する果実味
赤土壌と、昼夜の寒暖差が大きい乾燥した大陸性気候が、厳しい環境を生き抜いた古木のブドウに適度な酸と凝縮感のある果実味をもたらします。ガルナッチャ100％で、ブラックベリーやプラム、チェリーの豊かな果実香に、カカオを思わせる深みのある香りが重なります。2015年ヴィンテージは米国ワイン・スペクテイター誌の「今年のワイン トップ100」にも選出された実力派です。
