チェコ南部の町チェスケー・ブジェヨヴィツェで造られるブドバー。地元の名を冠した「ブジェヨヴィツェのビール」として、地理的表示で保護されたチェコの本格ラガーです。
深井戸の水とザーツのホップ、長い熟成が生む味わい
ブドバー醸造所の公式サイトによると、このラガーは深さ300mの自噴井戸から汲み上げる水、チェコ産の麦芽、チェコを代表するザーツ地方のホップ（ジャテツ・セミアーリー・レッド）を毬花のまま使い、ラガーセラーで長期間熟成させて造られています。「チェスケー・ブジェヨヴィツェのビール」として地理的表示の保護も受けています。明るい黄金色に、麦芽のやわらかな甘みと、ザーツホップならではの上品な苦みが調和したペールラガーです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしたグラスに注いで、きめ細かな泡と一緒にどうぞ。麦芽の旨みがしっかりしているので、ソーセージやローストポーク、唐揚げなど肉料理との相性は抜群。チェコ料理の定番であるグラーシュ（煮込み）にも合います。いつものラガーとの飲み比べにもおすすめです。
