カフェ・ド・パリの成り立ちとグリーンアップルの味わい
1960年代にフランス・ボルドー地方で生まれたカフェ・ド・パリは、現在ペルノ・リカール社が手がけるフレーバードスパークリングワインのブランドです。6種のフランス産白ブドウを使ったスパークリングワインに果実の香りを生かした天然フレーバーを重ねる製法で、世界70カ国以上で愛飲されています。度数は6〜7.5度前後と控えめで、ワイン初心者にも親しみやすい味わいです。グリーンアップルは、青リンゴらしいフレッシュな酸味とキリッとした後味が特長で、シャープな飲み口が食事とも合わせやすいフレーバーです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
氷をたっぷり入れたオン・ザ・ロックが基本の飲み方で、時間とともに変化する味わいも楽しめます。ソーダで割ればさらに軽やかなロングドリンク風に。750mlサイズはホームパーティーや持ち寄り会など、みんなでシェアするシーンにも向いており、カルパッチョやサラダなど、さっぱりとした前菜との相性も良好です。
