地中海に浮かぶサルデーニャ島全域で栽培されるカンノナウ種から造られる、島を代表するDOCワインです。1972年にDOC指定を受け、島で造られるワインの5本に1本がこのカンノナウ・ディ・サルデーニャといわれるほど親しまれています。
内容紹介
カンノナウはフランスのグルナッシュ、スペインのガルナッチャと同一品種です。フレッシュな赤系果実の豊かな香りに、ぶどうの甘みとしなやかな酸、適度なタンニンが溶け込んだバランスの良い味わいに仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
地中海料理全般、特にラム肉やトマトベースのパスタなど、素朴で力強い料理との相性が抜群です。日常使いのイタリアワインとして気軽に楽しめます。
