スペイン・ムルシア州フミーリャ地区を代表する造り手「ボデガス・カルチェロ」が手がける、力強くフルーティーな赤ワイン「カルチェロ ティント」。
フミーリャの個性を映す4品種ブレンド
モナストレル40%、テンプラニーリョ30%、シラー20%、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン10%をブレンド。フミーリャに所有する自社畑から手摘みで収穫されたブドウは、EUの有機農業規則に適合したユーロリーフ認証を取得しています。ステンレスタンクでマセラシオンとアルコール発酵・マロラクティック発酵を行った後、フレンチオーク樽(225L)で約4ヶ月熟成。紫がかった魅力的なルビーレッドの色調と、ブラックベリーやレッドベリーを思わせる複雑でフルーティーな香りが特徴です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
しっかりとした果実味とまろやかなタンニンを持つため、グリルした肉料理やチーズとの相性が抜群です。デイリーワインとして常温よりやや低めの温度で楽しむと、フルーティーな香りがより引き立ちます。
