丘の斜面が育む上質なグレラ種
スプマンテDOCに認定されたグレラ種を100％使用。標高の高い畑ならではの寒暖差が、洋梨やリンゴ、白桃を思わせるフレッシュな果実の香りと、引き締まったドライな酸味を生み出しています。飲んだ後も心地よい果実の余韻が長く続く、重厚感あるオリジナルボトルにも注目です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
9〜11℃程度に冷やしてお楽しみください。前菜や軽い魚介料理との相性が良く、食前酒としてもおすすめです。
