1857年創業、ヴェネト州の名門ワイナリー、ベルターニが手がけるヴァルポリチェッラ・リパッソ、カトゥッロ。アマローネの醸造で生じる果皮を使い再発酵させる「リパッソ」製法により、コクと複雑味を纏った一本です。
内容紹介
コルヴィーナ・ヴェロネーゼ85%、メルロー10%、ロンディネッラ5%をブレンド。フレンチオーク樽で12か月、その後コンクリートタンクで熟成させ、瓶内でさらに約6か月休ませています。バニラやチョコレートを思わせるエレガントなスパイス香に、チェリーや白胡椒のニュアンスが重なる、飲みごたえのある赤ワインです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
トマトソースのパスタや、チーズをたっぷり使ったピザとの相性が良好です。やや温度を高めにして香りを引き立てるのもおすすめです。
