1940年代にルーツを持つシャブリの老舗生産者、ドメーヌ・アムラン。シャブリ騎士団の元会長も務めたティエリー・アムラン氏が率いる家族経営の造り手です。
キンメリジャン土壌のテロワール
ポワンシー、ペーヌ、リニジュレルの3つの村にまたがる計36.75ヘクタールの自社畑を所有し、厚いキンメリジャン石灰質土壌を活かした栽培を行っています。伝統と現代技術を組み合わせ、ろ過を最小限に抑えることで、土壌とブドウ本来のポテンシャルを引き出すことにこだわった醸造が特徴。シャブリらしいシャープなミネラル感と柑橘系の爽やかな香りを持つ、辛口の白ワインです。ゴーミヨ誌の五つ星評価をはじめ、国内外の評価誌からも高く評価されています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
牡蠣や貝類などの魚介料理との相性は特に抜群。よく冷やして食前酒としても楽しめます。
