キンメリジャン土壌が育む古樹の個性
ポワンシー、ペーヌ、リニジュレルの3つの村にまたがる計36.75ヘクタールの自社畑を所有し、平均樹齢25〜30年の古樹を中心に栽培。厚いキンメリジャン石灰質土壌の個性をストレートに表現するため、ろ過を最小限に抑えた伝統と現代技術を組み合わせた醸造を行っています。「ヴィエイユ・ヴィーニュ（古樹）」の名の通り、より凝縮感のあるミネラル感と奥行きのある味わいが特徴です。ゴーミヨ誌の五つ星評価をはじめ、パーカー氏やアシェット誌など国内外で高い評価を得ています。
