熟成が進んだ飲み頃の2011年
メルロー55％、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン43％、カベルネ・フラン2％のブレンド。イチゴやロースト香、シナモンを思わせる複雑な香りに、ブルーベリーやカシスの果実味が重なります。フルボディでしっかりとした骨格を持ちながら、長期熟成によってタンニンが滑らかに溶け込み、今まさに飲み頃を迎えた味わいです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みやジビエ料理、熟成チーズなど、コクのある料理との相性が良い一本です。
