1855年のボルドー格付けで第2級（ドゥジエム・クリュ）に選ばれたサン・ジュリアンの名門「シャトー・レオヴィル・バルトン」。レオヴィル・ラス・カーズ、レオヴィル・ポワフェレとともに、かつて一つの広大な畑であった「レオヴィル」を受け継ぐ3シャトーの一角です。
新セラー2作目、重厚な2022年ヴィンテージ
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン83%、メルロー11.5%、カベルネ・フラン5.5%のブレンドで、9月8日から23日にかけて収穫されたブドウを使用。新セラーで醸造された2作目にあたり、初めてポンプを使わず全てを重力式で仕込んだヴィンテージです。カシスやグラファイト、スモーキーなタバコ、すみれの花を思わせる複雑な香りが特徴で、フルボディで凝縮感があり、10年以上の熟成にも耐える力強いタンニンを備えています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
長期熟成向きの本格派赤ワイン。今すぐ楽しむよりも、セラーでじっくりと寝かせて熟成の変化を楽しむのがおすすめです。牛肉のロースト等、しっかりとした肉料理と好相性です。
