シャトー・ポンテ・カネは、メドック格付けのシャトーでは初めて全区画ビオディナミに移行した、ボルドー左岸で初めてビオディナミの認定を受けたシャトーです。
内容紹介
81ヘクタールの畑はポイヤックの中心、ムートン・ロートシルトとダルマイヤックのすぐ南に位置し、土壌は石灰岩の岩盤にガロンヌ川の砂利が堆積したもので、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンに最適の条件を備えています。2019年はワイン・アドヴォケイト誌で98から100点を獲得した傑出ヴィンテージで、チェリーやカシスリキュール、プラムジャム、リコリス、ウッドスモーク、スミレなど華やかで高揚感のあるアロマが漂い、フルボディでリッチな味わいが広がります。
おすすめの楽しみ方
デキャンタージュして香りを開かせてから、牛フィレ肉やラムのローストなどしっかりとした肉料理と合わせるのがおすすめです。フルボディで存在感のある味わいは、ジビエ料理とも相性が良いです。
