メルロー、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン、カベルネ・フランをブレンド。ボルドーの偉大なヴィンテージのひとつに数えられる2018年は、ブラックベリーやカシス、軽やかな土のニュアンスにシダーやなめらかに溶け込んだオークの香りが特徴です。しっかりとした酸と層を成す果実味、砕いた岩を思わせるミネラル感を備え、長期熟成にも耐えるポテンシャルを持つ本格的な赤ワインです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
まだ若いヴィンテージのため、デキャンタージュしてじっくりと楽しむのがおすすめ。牛肉料理やジビエ料理との相性が抜群です。
