北ローヌの名門E.ギガルが手がける、南ローヌを代表するアペラシオン、シャトーヌフ・デュ・パプ。平均樹齢50年の古木から収穫されたブドウを使用し、伝統的な製法で仕込まれる、力強くも複雑な赤ワインです。
内容紹介
グルナッシュの古木を主体に、シラー、ムールヴェードルなどをブレンド。温度管理をしながら3週間かけて醸し発酵を行い、大樽で3年間熟成させることで、スパイスや黒系果実を思わせる凝縮感のある香りと、なめらかで骨太な味わいが生まれます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ジビエ料理や牛肉の赤ワイン煮込みなど、しっかりとした味付けの料理と好相性。抜栓後、時間をかけて香りの変化を楽しむのもおすすめです。
