紀州産南高梅だけを100%使用し、1年以上の熟成期間を経てつくられる本格梅酒です。熟成によって角の取れたまろやかな味わいと、梅本来の芳醇な香りをじっくりと楽しめる、チョーヤの技術が凝縮された一本です。
