泡盛は貯蔵年数を重ねるほどにまろやかさと深いコクが増していく、熟成を楽しむお酒です。忠孝酒造の3年古酒は、亜熱帯の気候の中でじっくりと熟成を重ねることで、新酒特有の荒々しさが取れ、まろやかで奥行きのある味わいに仕上がっています。43度としっかりとした度数ながら、古酒ならではの丸みのある口当たりが特徴です。忠孝酒造は泡盛の伝統的な甕仕込みにもこだわり、数々の受賞歴を持つ沖縄を代表する蔵元のひとつです。
