内容紹介
白ワインに複数のハーブやスパイス、柑橘系の香りを加えて仕上げたビアンコは、ドライやロッソに比べて口当たりがやわらかく、バニラのような甘い香りがふんわりと広がるのが特徴です。アルコール度数は15度で、ワインよりもやや高めながら、食前酒として楽しみやすいバランスに仕上げられています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしてストレートで、またはたっぷりの氷とソーダで割ってすっきりと。オレンジスライスを添えれば爽やかな香りが一層引き立ちます。フルーツやナッツ、軽い前菜との相性も良く、食前の一杯にぴったりです。
