スミレの香りと緻密な構成、しなやかな喉越し
輸入元のラック・コーポレーションによると、ヴィオレットの名前が表すように、エッジは紫を帯び、トップノーズにもスミレが感じられます。続いて完熟したラズベリーやブラックベリー。緻密でタイトな構成のボディとストラクチャーをもつ一方、喉越しはしなやかです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16〜17℃で。鴨のロースト、鹿肉や牛ヒレのステーキ、きのこのソテーなどと。ゆっくり時間をかけて楽しみたい一本です。
