内容紹介
ヴィオニエ100%で仕込まれ、アプリコットや桃、アカシアの花を思わせる華やかな香りが立ち上ります。豊かでありながらもフレッシュな酸を保ち、なめらかな口当たりとふくよかな果実味が調和した、コンドリューらしい個性豊かな辛口白ワインです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
鶏肉やホタテのクリームソース、白身魚のポワレなど、コクのある料理と好相性。やや低めの温度でしっかり冷やし、大きめのグラスで香りを開かせて楽しむのがおすすめです。
