ブルゴーニュ・ポマールの名門ドメーヌ・パランが手がける「コルトン グラン・クリュ レナルド」2016年ヴィンテージ。17世紀から続く家系の伝統を受け継ぐアンヌ・パランとカトリーヌ・ファージュ=パラン姉妹が造り上げた、コート・ド・ボーヌを代表するグラン・クリュです。
内容紹介
コルトンの中でも銘醸区画「レ・レナルド」から収穫したピノ・ノワール100%を使用。50%は全房発酵で仕込み、新樽比率80%のフレンチオークで熟成させています。黒系果実やきのこを思わせる複雑で凝縮感のある香りが特徴で、口に含むと力強さと繊細さを併せ持ち、きめ細かくエレガントなタンニンが長く続きます。
