南フランス・ラングドックのドメーヌ・ポール・マスが手がける「コーテ・マス」は、毎日気軽に楽しめる価格帯のシリーズ。「Rural Luxury（ラグジュアリーを日常に）」を掲げる造り手らしい、品質の高いデイリーワインです。こちらはメルロー100％の、なめらかな飲み口の赤です。
プラムとブラックベリー、シルキーなタンニン
モトックスによると、プラムやブラックベリーとコーヒーのアロマ。熟した果実味とシルキーなタンニンが溶け合う、飲みごたえのある一本です。一部をアメリカ産オークの新樽で熟成させています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
15℃前後で。肉じゃがやすき焼き、デミグラスソースのハンバーグ、チーズなどと。カベルネとの飲み比べもおすすめです。
