南フランス・ラングドックのドメーヌ・ポール・マスが手がける「コーテ・マス」は、毎日気軽に楽しめる価格帯のシリーズ。「Rural Luxury（ラグジュアリーを日常に）」を掲げる造り手らしい、品質の高いデイリーワインです。こちらは爽やかなソーヴィニヨン・ブラン100％の白です。
グレープフルーツとハーブの爽やかな白
モトックスによると、グレープフルーツとハーブの爽やかなアロマ。引き締まった酸とフレッシュな果実味が心地よいソーヴィニヨン・ブランです。ステンレスタンクで澱とともに熟成させ、果実のみずみずしさを生かしています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
8℃前後にしっかり冷やして。サラダや魚介のマリネ、天ぷら、牡蠣フライ、ハーブを使った料理と好相性です。
