内容紹介
クレマン・ダルザスは、シャンパーニュと同じ瓶内二次発酵の伝統製法で造られるAOCスパークリングワインです。ピノ・ブラン、リースリング、オーセロワなどアルザスの白ブドウ品種を主体にブレンドし、瓶内で最低9ヶ月以上熟成させることで、きめ細やかな泡と穏やかなコクを両立させています。ロジエールはアルザス地方で長くクレマンを手がける造り手で、価格以上の完成度と評されることが多いブランドです。
