フランス・北ローヌの名門生産者E.ギガル。コート・ロティの銘醸「ラ・ムーリーヌ」等で知られる同社が、1999年に丘陵地の低収量畑を取得したことをきっかけにリリースを始めたクローズ・エルミタージュです。
内容紹介
シラー100%を使用。石灰質・粘土・砂利質の土壌が育むブドウを、228リットルのオーク樽で24ヶ月熟成。チェリーやいちごなどの赤い果実に、カシスの芽やバニラの香りが重なる、骨格のあるタンニンを持つ赤ワインです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
赤身肉のグリルや、ジビエ料理、チーズとの相性が抜群です。
