We used a generous 50% chestnuts and distilled them slowly at a low temperature to seal in their aroma.
The result is a luxurious chestnut shochu with a distinct flavor.
The subtle aroma and soft sweetness of chestnuts will surely spread gently in your mouth.
The Hokuban region of Kochi Prefecture, which includes the Taisho, Towa, and Nishitosa areas located in the upper reaches of the Shimanto River, is the largest chestnut producing region in Kochi Prefecture.
Dabada Hiburi is a shochu that was created in 1985 (Showa 60) as a local product of these three regions.
First, please enjoy it on the rocks or straight. It is also delicious when mixed with hot water or soda.
