広島の酒米「八反」を65％磨きで
1893年創業、広島県熊野町の馬上酒造場。酒名の由来は「王政復古の大号令」。八反は広島県で育成された酒造好適米。その八反を精米歩合65％で仕込み、火入れで仕上げた純米酒です。昔ながらの手造りを大切にする蔵の、日常に寄り添う一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷やでもお燗でも。瀬戸内の小魚の唐揚げ、牡蠣フライ、お好み焼きなど、広島のご当地の味と合わせてみてください。
