山田錦で醸した大号令の純米吟醸を、火入れで落ち着かせた720ml。生酒より温度管理を気にせず楽しめる一本です。
山田錦の純米吟醸を、扱いやすい火入れで
大号令を醸すのは、1893年創業、広島県熊野町の馬上酒造場。酒名の由来は「王政復古の大号令」です。令和4年に法人化して再出発した蔵で、杜氏は竹鶴酒造などで修行を積んだ村上和哉氏。木甑など昔ながらの道具を生かした手造りを大切にしています。この一本は、山田錦で醸した純米吟醸を火入れして瓶詰めしたもの。同じ蔵の「純米吟醸 山田錦55 無濾過生原酒」と並べれば、生と火入れの違いを確かめられます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷やしてグラスで。鯛の昆布締め、湯葉の刺身、茶碗蒸しなど、上品な和食と一緒に。手土産にも選びやすい四合瓶です。
