広島県産の紅あずまを100%使用し、サクラオブルワリーアンドディスティラリーがじっくりと造り上げた本格芋焼酎「達磨 紅あずま」。芋の甘みとフルーティーな香りが楽しめる、広島を代表する銘柄のひとつです。
内容紹介
原料の紅あずまは、JA庄原の契約農家が丹精込めて栽培したもので、栽培から仕込みまで一貫した管理のもとで造られています。仕上げに使う竹炭は広島県安芸高田市産のものを1200度の窯で焼き上げて使用するなど、随所にこだわりが光る一本。仕込み水には国の特別名勝に指定されている三段峡の水を使用し、黒麹仕込みならではのふくよかな甘みとまろやかな口当たりを引き出しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ロックでじっくりと香りを楽しむのはもちろん、お湯割りにすると芋の甘い香りがより一層引き立ちます。鶏の唐揚げや豚の角煮など、しっかりとした味付けの料理との相性も抜群です。
