南仏ラングドックを代表する大型ワイナリー、ドメーヌ・ポール・マス。輸入元のモトックスによると、創業者ジャン・クロード・マス氏のもと17のドメーヌ、21のアペラシオン、50品種以上を持ち、世界80か国以上で販売されています。「ラグジュアリーを、日常に。」を掲げるポール・マスの、気軽に楽しめる白が「ル・ブラン」です。
ヴィオニエ主体の華やかなブレンド
モトックスによると（2022年産の紹介より）、ヴィオニエ65％を主体に、ヴェルメンティーノ、ピノ・グリ、マカベオ、ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン、コロンバールをブレンド（配合はヴィンテージにより異なります）。I.G.P.ペイ・ドックの白で、ステンレスタンクで発酵・4カ月熟成。白桃や洋ナシ、白い花の華やかな香りに、みずみずしい果実味とまろやかな酸、ミネラルのバランスが心地よいと紹介されています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やして。華やかな香りを生かして、鶏肉のハーブ焼き、エビやホタテのソテー、カルパッチョ、春巻きなどと。普段の食卓で気軽に開けられる白です。
