イタリアの造り手ファンティーニは、3人の夢見る男たちがマイナー産地で始めたワイナリーが、イタリア最優秀生産者として知られるまでに成長した生産者です。「カサーレ ヴェッキオ」は、輸入元の稲葉が「濃厚 濃密 渋味は抑えめ。ワインの楽しさを率直に教えてくれる1本」と紹介する赤ワインです。
濃厚・濃密で渋みは控えめ、受賞歴豊富な赤
稲葉によると、ガーネットを帯びた濃いルビーレッドで、パワフルで持続性のある果実味とともに、熟した赤い果実やスパイスのアロマが広がります。ドライで温かみのある味わいに、心地よい果実味とエレガントなタンニン。アメリカンオーク樽で6カ月熟成させています。2022年ヴィンテージは「ムンドゥス ヴィニ2026」金賞＆Best of Show、「ルカ マローニ2026」94点を獲得しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16〜18℃で。牛ステーキやラムのグリル、ラザニア、焼肉など、しっかりした肉料理と一緒にどうぞ。
