イタリアの造り手ファンティーニは、3人の夢見る男たちがマイナー産地で始めたワイナリーが、イタリア最優秀生産者として知られるまでに成長した生産者です。こちらはアブルッツォの地ぶどうで造る、ファンティーニの「定番の赤ワイン」です。
濃い色合いとは対照的な、丸みのある柔らかな赤
稲葉によると、エッジまでしっかり色素のある深く濃い紫色。煮詰めたジャムやバルサミコ ドルチェ、少し野性的なベリーフルーツの香り。色合いや香りとは対照的に、柔らかくほのかな甘さのある果実味で、タンニンも十分ありながら丸みを帯びた味わいです。2024年ヴィンテージは「ルカ マローニ2026」で94点を獲得しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16℃前後で。ミートソースのパスタ、ピザ、焼き鳥のタレ、ハンバーグなど、毎日のおかずと合わせやすい赤です。
