イタリアの造り手ファンティーニは、3人の夢見る男たちがマイナー産地で始めたワイナリーが、イタリア最優秀生産者として知られるまでに成長した生産者です。こちらはプーリア州を代表する品種プリミティーヴォで造った赤ワインです。
ブラックベリーの風味、力強さと甘さのある果実味
稲葉によると、ぶどうは100％除梗。濃い紫の混じった赤色で、ブラックベリーを思わせる風味を持った強いワインです。ボリューム感のある果実味が印象的で、力強さと甘さを兼ね備えています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16〜18℃で。スペアリブやBBQ、豚の生姜焼き、チリコンカンなど、しっかり味の肉料理と合わせて。
