イタリアの造り手ファンティーニは、3人の夢見る男たちがマイナー産地で始めたワイナリーが、イタリア最優秀生産者として知られるまでに成長した生産者です。こちらはアブルッツォの地ぶどうを巧みに仕上げた、ファンティーニの「定番の白ワイン」です。
夏みかんのような甘酸っぱさ、クリーンな辛口白
稲葉によると、少し緑がかった透明感のある薄黄色。柑橘系フルーツの皮、白い花、百合の香り。きりっとした酸があり、角がなく雑味がないためクリーンな印象です。夏みかんを食べているような甘酸っぱい果実味がとても爽やかです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
8℃前後に冷やして。サラダやカルパッチョ、焼き魚、ボンゴレなど、魚介や野菜の料理と気軽に合わせて。
