Ferghettina is an "RM (Récoltant-Manipulant)" producer in the Franciacorta region, meaning they craft sparkling wines exclusively from their own grapes. This blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Nero undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged for 36 months on its lees before disgorgement.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and transparent, with a pale straw color. Fruity aromas reminiscent of grapefruit are complemented by fine, persistent bubbles, leading to a smooth finish. This dry, food-friendly Franciacorta is a high-quality example of the region.
