合同酒精の「TAN TAKA TAN SHISO梅酒」は、しそ焼酎「鍛高譚（たんたかたん）」に使用されているしそを使い、香料・着色料無添加で仕上げた梅酒です。発色のよいルビー色と、豊かなしその風味が特長。アルコール分は12度です。「鍛高（タンタカ）」とはアイヌ語でカレイ科の魚のことで、ラベルにはその「タンタカ」が描かれています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしてストレートやロックで、しその香りと梅の甘酸っぱさを楽しんでください。ソーダで割ると、ルビー色が映える爽やかな一杯に。お寿司や刺身、焼き魚など和食とも合わせやすく、720ml瓶は手土産にもちょうどいいサイズです。
