無添加に近い辛口のカヴァ
マカベオ、シャルドネ、パレリャーダをブレンドし、瓶内二次発酵（シャンパーニュ方式）で仕上げたカヴァ。ブリュット・ナチュレは補糖（ドサージュ）をほとんど行わない造りが特徴で、ブドウ本来の果実味と鋭い酸、きめ細かな泡をよりダイレクトに楽しめます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
甘さを感じさせないすっきりとした辛口なので、食前酒はもちろん、魚介料理や塩気のある前菜と合わせるのもおすすめです。
